NETWORKING GROUPS Be sure to check your calendar for dates and times! ALUMNI: For adult loved ones who have lost someone to cancer. Contact the program staff for dates and times. BRAIN: Focus on brain cancer. Meets the second Monday each month. BREAST: Focus on breast cancer. Meets the second Monday and fourth Wednesday each month. COLO-RECTAL: Focus on colon and rectal cancers. Meets the second Wednesday each month. COUPLES: Focus on couples facing cancer together. Call staff for meeting times. GIST (Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor): For adults with this rare form of sarcoma. Meets the second Saturday of every other month. LGBT: For LGBT adults whose lives are touched by cancer. Meets the third Wednesday each month. LGBT persons who have lost someone to cancer meet the fourth Wednesday each month. HEAD & NECK: Focus on head and neck cancers. Meets the first Wednesday each month. HEALTHY WEIGHT: For adults working towards a healthy weight. Meets each Monday. I’M TOO YOUNG FOR BREAST CANCER: For adults of ANY age living with breast cancer. Meets the second Thursday. INNER WELLNESS: Focus on the emotional and spiritual aspects of living with cancer. Meets each Friday. LEUKEMIA: Focus on leukemia. Meets the second Thursday each month. LIFE AFTER TREATMENT: A group for members who have been out of treatment for one year or longer. Meets every Thursday afternoon. LUNG: Focus on lung cancer. Meets the second Wednesday each month. LYMPHEDEMA: A group to focus on lymphedema. Meets quarterly. Call for dates and times. LYMPHOMA: Focus on all lymphomas, Hodgkin’s and Non-Hodgkin’s. Meets the first Wednesday each month. MELANOMA: Focus on melanoma. Meets the second Wednesday each month. MEN’S CLUB: A group for men with any type of cancer. Meets the first and third Tuesday each month. MULTIPLE MYELOMA: Focus on multiple myeloma. Meets the third Thursday each month. OVARIAN & GYNECOLOGICAL: Focus on ovarian and gynecological cancers. Meets the first Wednesday each month. PANCREATIC: Focus on Pancreatic cancer. Call staff for meeting times. PROSTATE & TESTICULAR: Focus on prostate and testicular cancer. Meets quarterly. PARENTS: For parents who have a child with cancer. Meets fourth Monday each month. SARCOMA: Focus on all sarcomas. Meets third Wednesday each month. WOMEN OF COLOR BREAST CANCER: Focus on breast cancer for African Americans. Meets monthly on third Tuesday. YOUNG ADULTS: Focus on adults ages 20-40 living with cancer. Meets the first and third Tuesday each month.
