We see joy every day at Gilda’s. We see joyful recovery, hopeful hearts and friendships bloom. What families receive at Gilda’s is powerful. But there is another kind of joy.
The joy in giving.
Growing up, my dad used to always say, “It’s better to give, than to receive.” I have since learned the profound meaning of those words.
We could not provide the free resources, guidance and embrace without those who find joy in trusting us to do that.
